    Who is Beauty Launchpad for?

    Beauty Launcpad is everything beauty for salons and stylists! Each issue includes new hair, skin, makeup and nail product information; stunning hair styles; hair color ideas; business advice; retailing strategies; cosmetology education tips; the latest beauty treatments/services being offered at salons and spas; profiles of hair styling icons; salon of the month; beauty industry news; and FREE beauty product giveaways.

    We encourage Hair Stylists, Hair Colorists, Barbers, Salon/Spa Owners and Managers, Educators, Students, Makeup Artists, Estheticians and other beauty industry professionals to subscribe.

    How do I find my subscription account number?

    Your account number can be found on the front of your magazine issue's mail label that you received in the mail. We do not place subscription account numbers in digital editions and eNewsletters. You can manage your account online by using your subscription account number and last name (see mail label example below) or you can use your email address and last name.

    When will my subscription begin?

    You will receive your first issue within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your subscription order. If you didn't receive your first issue, the reason might be one of the following:

    • Your issue is still in the process of being sent to you.
    • There might be a USPS mail delivery delay.
    • We might have the wrong mail and/or email address.

    You may contact our Customer Service Department at or (800) 624-4196 to confirm your mail and email address.

    How do I change my address and other contact information?

    If you would like to change your mail address, email address and/or telephone number, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at or (800) 624-4196.
    If you mail or email us your new information, please include your first and last name, old and new mail address, email address and telephone number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for subscription account changes to be processed.

    Who do I contact if I missed an issue or received a damaged issue?

    Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If you didn't receive an issue or it arrives damaged in the mail, please contact our Customer Servic Department at or call (800) 624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.

    How can I subscribe or renew my subscription using a QR Code Reader App?

    A QR (Quick Response) Code allows you to scan it and quickly access our online subscription forms without having to type a long website address.

    Simply open the QR Code Reader App on your smart phone or tablet, point the camera at the QR code image and the subscription form will appear.

    If you don't have one, here's how you can get one for free:

    iPhone/iPad Users - Go to your App Store app and do a search for Free QR Code Reader App. We recommend getting the free QR Code Reader & Barcode Scanner app by MixerBox Inc.

    Android Users - Go to your Google Play Store app and do a search for Free QR Code Reader App.

    Be sure to choose an app that has a good rating!

    How do I renew my subscription?

    To renew your subscription, please renew online at or contact our Customer Service Department at or (800) 624-4196. Each year, we will send you a series of reminders via mail, email or telephone to renew your subscription.

    How do I order back issues?

    Can I get magazines for my beauty industry event?

    We might be able to ship Beauty Launchpad magazines to your event as long as they’re distributed to beauty industry professionals. Contact us at and include your event and contact information along with the quantity you need. We’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, please Manage Your Account online or contact our Customer Service Department at or (800) 624-4196.

    Do you put my mailing information or email address on other lists?

    If you supply us with your email address and telephone number, you authorize Creative Age to use them to contact you, including to send you a digital edition alert, about your subscription or other Creative Age publications, products, events, giveaways, sweepstakes or contests; and to mail you special offers or information on behalf of approved third parties. If you don't want to receive email from Beauty Launchpad, please Update Your Email Preferences or contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 624-4196.
